“We were in a room that the window treatments would not open and the light switch didn’t turn any lights on. The fan was blowing air that smelled very much of must and mildew. I would not stay at this hotel again.”

“Staff was friendly. Room was adequate for a quick stop for the night.”

“The people that worked there were very good to us. I feel the owner or the management of that hotel. I’d be ashamed of yourself leaving one person behind the desk 65 rooms to take care of they can’t do it. It’s very hard and they tried they did their best. That’s why I gave it a three not because of the people it’s because of the Owner and management of that hotel ought to be ashamed of themselves. They need to pay those people double pay that’s my personal opinion. Thank you.”

“Our stay was amazing, one of the Betsy was extremely helpful and so sweet! We had an issue with our door it was some kind of machinal malfunction and she was extremely understanding and quick in helping us figure it out, the room was clean and well maintained, the breakfast tasted amazing and the hot tub was so relaxing! I'll definitely be booking again for my husband and I!”

“I wish I could rave about the pool but it was down for maintenance during a stay. So I requested a refund to stay somewhere else and all the responded with was yea, it isn't working!! They didn't respond to Expedia either! Don't stay here! Friends had Taco Bell wrappers and coke cans in their "clean" room when they checked in!”

“A complete dump. I was only able to get a smoking room. Four days later, my clothes and even my luggage all still reeked of smoke . An awful experience .”

“Front desk lady was very friendly not sure if she was owner but she was there late and there at 5am either way excellent friendly service rooms were clean and smoke free”

“Half the time the key cards did not work. We stayed 2 nights. On first morning we went to breakfast and there was no coffee. They told us they were out and that some was on the way. Next day sign on coffee machine saying out of order. Nly coffee in our rooms was decaf. Bed mattress did not have mattress cover. Our top comforter was stained underneath. Walls were very thin. We heard everything through the walls. We stayed over two nights for a wedding. Got back to the hotel at 12:30 in...

“Everything was clean, staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was okay. Kept getting runaround with checkin and my checkin was an hour late because housekeeping was low staff. Had to keep driving around occupying my children while we waited. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.”
